Ms. Fawzia had more than three decades of experiences to deal with the issues of violence prevention, protection, prosecution, and survivors’ rehabilitation and reintegration, law enforcement, case management, policy/law reforms and changing practices. She is attached/involved with Working Women Education Center (WWEC), American Center for International Labor Solidarity (Solidarity Center), National Coordinating Council for Global March of Women 2000 , Institute for Law and Development, Dhaka, “Legal Empowerment Project For Women” project funded by German Government with the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs (MOWCA), Bangladesh for GTZ, Germany, NETZ, Bangladesh (German Organization).

Sarder Sarder Jahangir Hossain

Sarder Jahangir Hossain served around twenty five years of wide ranging senior management level experience gained at international and national organizations. Mr. Hossain has vast experience in managing large, complex and multi-sectoral programs in both humanitarian and development contexts. Lastly, he worked in World Vision as Deputy Chief of Party and played leadership roles to implement a food security project of USAID in Bangladesh for 3 years. He worked in Yemen as Country Representative for Première Urgence – AideMédicaleInternationale (PUI)-a French NGO for a year. Prior to this he worked in Afghanistan and South Sudan as Country Director for JOHANNITER-UNFALL-HILFE E.V- a German NGOfor seven years. He also worked with BRAC in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh in senior management positions for thirteen years.  Mr. Hossain has overseen a team of up to 600 staff, 74 million US dollars project, and has directly managed both national and international staff.In his career history, he worked with the programs funded by multiple donors such as USAID, World Bank, DFID, BMZ, UNICEF, WFP and ECHO. He managed a consortia in Bangladesh consisting of national and international organizations to operate USAID funded project. He holds two Masters’ degrees in Health Management, Planning and Policy from University of Leeds, UK and in Demography from Dhaka University with outstanding academic result.
