Mukti bala has over 37 years of extensive nursing and hospital administration experience. Currently, she is serving as Nurse in Charge at Acid survivors Foundation, Where she Facilitates clinical work, supervises healthcare staff, and ensures quality patients Care for acid burn survivors. Her nursing background spans roles as Matron, Senior Nurse, and Health coordinator, overseeing hospital management, hygiene standards, and supervising OT nurse and ward attendants. She began her nursing career in 1987 after earning a diploma in Nursing from the Bangladesh Nursing Council, and has since received specialized training in women’s development, Family planning, and maternal and child healthcare. Known for her dedication and compassion, Mukti has played a pivotal role in advancing patient-centered care and supporting vulnerable communities through her Leadership and service.
