Hridita has a special interest in Burn rehabilitation conditions and chronic pain and thrives on freeing people from pain and discomfort in the shortest time frame possible. He is expertly placed to advise on returning to full fitness and preventing injury. She is also a qualified Physiotherapist for manual therapy

Hridita has experience of over 9 years of in both the public and private sectors. Oversee implementation of the planned medical activities and support Unit staff, Identify staff development needs and coordinate with HR section for staff training and development, Overall management for the smooth operation of the health care canter, Supervise and provide physiotherapy to all patients in ASF healthcare center and other sets up, Networking and partnership development in the relevant field, etc. She has managed the Health care facilities of ASF for the year.

She also performed an international training program as a facilitator from 2013 – 2018 funded by Interburns, UK and participated much other international research and training programs as a representative of ASF from 2019 to the present funded by Interplast under the Medical department.
