Dr. Mafia Sobnom is an accomplished medical professional dedicated to the holistic care and empowerment of acid violence survivors, currently serving as a Medical Officer at the Acid Survivors Foundation. She is graduated from Rajshahi medical college with diverse experience includes working surgery, Obstetrics and gynaecology and as a Medical officer in general practice. Before joining ASF, Dr. Sobnom gained international experience working in health projects with Save The Children international. At ASF She is involved in the crucial initial assessment, treatment and follow up care for survivors. She is instrumental in implementing ASF’s comprehensive bio-psycho-social model, striving to ensure survivors receive quality care, dignity and a pathway to social reintegration.
