My name is Faysel Ahmed, and I am from Jhenaidah, Bangladesh. I completed my Diploma in Engineering from Magura Polytechnic Institute in 2017, and later obtained my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering in 2020.
In addition to my academic qualifications, I have completed several professional courses, including CCNA, Web Development, and Data Science.
In 2023, I joined the Acid Survivors Foundation in the IT Department, where I truly enjoy working with my team. My key responsibilities include website maintenance, managing web servers, MIS, inventory servers, Tally servers, archive servers, and maintaining the ERP software. I also ensure LAN connectivity, MikroTik router and switch configuration, and overall network stability.
Besides these, I provide user support, and take care of CCTV systems, attendance machines, and social media maintenance. I am also involved in preparing the yearly IT budget and assisting in fundraising activities.
I am passionate about learning new technologies and continuously improving IT operations to support the organization’s goals.
